EDX-GP
Incorporates a liquid nitrogen-cooled high-resolution detector. Ideal for screening applications on composite samples with many coexisting elements. Includes general analysis software as standard to support applications besides screening.
EDX-LE
Incorporates a detector that requires no liquid nitrogen. Optimized for RoHS/ELV screening of nearly homogeneous samples, such as single parts and materials. Ideal for screening a limited range of samples for fixed control criteria.
