Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy

This analysis method uses a high-frequency inductively-coupled plasma as the light source, and is ideal for the analysis of sample solutions. The ICP Emission Spectrometer has become highly regarded for its speed and accuracy, due to the increase in the number of analyzed samples and analyzed elements in recent years. It is widely used as the official analysis method according to JIS and ISO standards and the Japanese Water Supply Act. This instrument supports an extensive range of analysis from trace levels to high concentrations. It also supports analysis for research and development, automated analysis for production control, and water-quality monitoring analysis for environmental management.

Product Lineup

ICPE-9800 Series

ICPE-9800 Series of simultaneous ICP atomic emission spectrometers are next-generation systems that offer the superior accuracy necessary to simultaneously and quickly analyze multiple elements regardless of their concentration levels.

ICPS-8100 Twin Sequential ICP

This is the top-end ICP emission spectrometer incorporating double sequential monochromators to achieve both high resolution and high speed.

ICPMS-2030

The ICPMS-2030 satisfies these requirements with ppt level high sensitivity, which is achieved by newly developed collision cell and optimized internal structure, offering FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, automated analytical method development function, and unique measurement result evaluation function to provide analytical results with exceptionally high reliability.

ICPS-7510 Sequential ICP

The ICPS-7510 is the latest, sequential, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer designed to satisfy all of these requirements. Large database and many software programs are readily available.
