This parallel double-plunger model provides superior performance at micro flow rates, and enables stable delivery over a wide range of flow rates, from 0.0001 to 3.0000 mL/min (with a maximum operating pressure of 130 MPa) or from 3.001 to 5.000 mL/min (with a maximum operating pressure of 80 MPa). Its ultrahigh-pressure capacity allows using long columns packed with micro particles. It smoothly tracks settings and provides precise solvent delivery even for programs with sudden changes in concentrations, which is desirable for ultrafast gradient chromatography.

Using a temperature-controlled flow sensor capable of detecting micro flow rates, the LC-20Adnano provides continuous feedback control of outlet flow rates. This ensures stable solvent delivery that is unaffected by solvent delivery pressures and provides outstanding reproducibility at nano flow rates, both in terms of total flow rate and gradient concentration levels. Flow rate range: 1 nL to 5 µL/min (controlled independently), 10 nL to 5 µL/min (controlled by Nano-Assist), or 100 nL to 5 µL/min (controlled by CBM-20A controller and LCsolution).

The biocompatible flow path of Poly Ester Ketone (PEEK) is resistant to corrosion from harsh solvents. It is easily maintained and protects samples from deleterious interaction and contamination. The LC-10Ai Series is excellent for separating biological samples. The mobile phase flow path contains no metal ions to leach from the system and interfere with samples. Lack of ion interference, combined with system durability and corrosion resistance, help to ensure reliable results.
