High-Speed Analysis of Paeoniflorin
We performed high-speed analysis of paeoniflorin contained in a number of crude drugs, such aspaeoniae radix and others. Even though the required degree of separation for paeoniflorin and albiflorinis 2.5 or higher in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia 15th revision, this analysis was completed in 2minutes or less, with a degree of separation of approximately 4.
