To measure the particle size distribution of low-concentration samples, use the LATS-1 Liquid Analyzer for Turbidity and Size. The measurement range is limited to 0.5 to 50 µm. However, particle size distribution can be measured even on extremely low-concentration measurement targets of 0.1 to 1 ppm. This achieves an ultra-high sensitivity of approximately 100× that of conventional systems.
