  • Utilizing DITC resin from trypsin digestion of protein, N-terminal fragments are isolated regardless of whether there are protein, N-terminal blocks.
  • N-terminals of N-terminal fragments from protein with unblocked N-terminals is recovered as sulfonic acid derivatives. As a result, y-type ion series are primarily detected in the MS/MS spectrum, and de novo sequencing is simple.
