NBS Biomarker search system

The NBS reagent kit is used for comprehensive quantitative analysis of proteins (biomarkers) typical to specific diseases in blood, cells or tissues. It is ideal for research involving high efficiency biomarker searches. Analyzing samples treated with NBS reagent using HPLC, AccuSpot, or AXIMA®-TOF2 in combination with quantitative proteome analysis support software enables high efficiency searches and the identification of intended proteins.

System Features

  • High sensitivity analysis is enabled by using a new matrix selective for the NBS reagent.
  • Efficient, highly reliable analysis is enabled by narrowing down the results at the MS stage.
  • High accuracy protein identification is achieved thanks to high-sensitivity MS/MS analysis using the new AXIMA®-Performance mass spectrometer.
  • The new analysis software (TWIP) is used to calculate relative quantities for all detectable doublet peaks, enabling easy comparative verification of the original data.
