Capable of high-quality peptide synthesis

  • Eight separate channels have been adopted, which eliminates cross contamination.
  • Coupling chemistry has been adopted, ensuring high reaction efficiency.
  • Mixing is performed by nitrogen gas bubbling, and reagents are removed by pressurized nitrogen after reactions are complete. This achieves high reaction efficiency, and eliminates surplus reagents after the high efficiency reactions are complete.

The required quantity of peptides are synthesized economically in the 5 µmol to 50 µmol range per lane

  • Synthesis designs are easily created, thanks to the special synthesis calculation software.
  • Thanks to offline control, the personal computer for the synthesizer does not have to be installed in the laboratory.

New activated reagents, coupling chemistry, and amino acid derivative registrations are easily performed.

Low-loss cleavage

During synthesis, cleavage can be performed as is, in the special reaction vessel. This enables low loss, high efficiency cleavage.
