Reliable leak test in
exceptionally simple operation
- All you do are only turn on the power and press the TEST key; the MSE-3200R will do all the rest.
- Wider measurable range of leak rate and higher maximum pressure of the test port.
- The console unit has a 12 ~ 7 cm graphic display to permit real-time display of data.
- A long-life thorium-coated iridium filament is used in the analyzer tube, which minimizes the need for maintenance job.
- No lubrication is required in te turbo molecular pump.
- Sensitivity calibration is carried out, simultaneously with temperature compensation, by the automatic tuning system.
