  • All you do are just turn on the power and close the lid of the test chamber, the MSE-4000 will do all the rest in a completely automated sequence.

  • Use of the parallel evacuation system of a counter flow type, utilizing a heavy duty oil rotary pump, reduces the test time to 1/2 or 1/3 of that required by our previous models.

  • Test results are displayed by large lamps. (O, X, and D)

  • A long-life thorium-coated iridium filament is used in the analyzer tube, which minimizes the need for maintenance job.

  • No lubrication is required in the turbo molecular pump.

  • Sensitivity calibration is carried out, simultaneously with temperature compensation, by the automatic tuning system.
