This latest version of the popular CLASS-VP Chromatography Software provides complete data acquisition, instrument control, analysis, and reporting and is validated to run in Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000 Professional. System administrators can completely customize access to instruments and projects, including password protection and assignments of functional levels for each user. This enables the laboratory to run more efficiently; each user only has access to the data system functions required to perform his or her job. Each VPServer, running Microsoft Windows NT, is preconfigured and contains A/D hardware required for data acquisition, RS-232, or SCSI I/F required for multiple instrument control and digital data acquisition. All aspects of data acquisition and data storage are performed by the VPServers connected to the network.
