TMA-50/50H

In addition to thermal expansion, the TMA-50/50H is also capable of S-S measurement of fiber and film. Because load control is performed by means of a force coil, sample setting is easy. Glass and ceramics can be measured by switching the measurement method to the differential expansion method.
