The TOC-4110 is a high performance on-line TOC analyzer, based on proven 680°C Catalyst-aided Combustion Technology. This technology has been proven over a large installed base of Shimadzu Total Organic Carbon Analyzers throughout the world, that have been applied to a broad field of industries.

Features

  • High performance on-line TOC analyzer using the established 680°C catalytic combustion and non-dispersive infrared detection method.
  • For TOC measurements all known measurements methods (TC,NPOC (standard) TOC=TC-IC (option), TOC=POC+NPOC(option)) are available.
  • For TOC a wide measurement range is variable from 0-5ppm full scale to 0-1000 ppm full scale. Measurements up to 20,000 ppm are possible using on-board dilution function.
  • Automatic dilution expands the analysis range and allows the reduction in salt, acid, and alkali concentrations to help reduce maintenance and extend catalyst life.
  • A complete line of options designed to accommodate samples with suspended particles, reduce remedial maintenance in on-line TOC measurement. 3 type of sample pretreatment units are available.

  • Automatic calibration is incorporated using standard solutions stored on-board.
    Automatic calibration is possible even when using the on-board dilution function.
  • On-board carrier/combustion gas purification allows use of air supplied from a compressor, thus eliminating expensive and potentially dangerous cylinder gases.
  • Various input/output and alarm function allows a complete control via control station.
