Equally spaced straight-groove Toroidal Diffraction Grating
- The toroidal diffraction gratings are made by aspheric blanks where each curvature of orthogonal two axes (meridional and sagittal) is different.
- The toroidal diffraction gratings are formed on toroidal (aspheric) blanks that can correct astigmatisms.
- The toroidal diffraction gratings, which are produced by holographic exposure method and ion-beam etching technology, have low stray light and high efficiency.
