Features
1 The grating grooves are formed by a holographic exposure method where the two-laser-beam-interference technology is applied. This holographic method lowers groove's periodical error commonly found in mechanically ruled gratings and ensures that the low stray light gratings can be produced.
2Blaze angle is formed by an ion-beam etching technology , which easily makes blazed holographic gratings with various angles (blaze wavelengths).
3 High groove density and high resolution gratings can be manufactured easily and at competitive price.
