Customer support centers have been set up to provide worldwide coverage, with our primary locations being in Japan and the United States. In addition to sales-related activities, comprehensive customer support is provided from these locations, including consulting for selecting the most suitable products, and post-purchase training and education.
Moreover, pertinent information collected worldwide is shared via these offices, establishing a system of support where customer’s instrument and service requests are handled seamlessly and in a timely manner. Additionally, ongoing factory training ensures that service and product quality is maintained and improved throughout Shimadzu's global network.
