January 30, 2015 | News & Notices Beware of emails from people who impersonate officers or employees of our company
It has come to our attention recently that people who impersonate officers or employees of our company send emails for the purpose of solicitation of sales representation (including requests to provide cooperation to our company to collect debts) or make contact on sales representation or hiring through social network services such as LinkedIn. There are also cases where provision of personal information or payment is requested as a result of responding to such solicitation or contact.
Our company does not request affiliation including sales representation only by sending emails. Officers or employees of our company do not make contact on affiliation or hiring by utilizing social network services either.
If you receive unfamiliar emails from officers or employees of our company as indicated in the above, please carefully examine whether or not there is anything suspicious in the email content. If you have even the slightest doubt, we strongly recommend you to delete the message or ignore it without replying. If you are contacted by an officer or employee of our company you do not know through social network services on affiliation or hiring, we recommend you to ignore it.
