Q: Is it possible to purify and reuse low-purity acetonitrile (or used mobile phase)?

A:

Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient knowledge to fully answer this question. In general, a mixture of water and acetonitrile is said to be azetropic if the proportion of acetonitrile is 83.5% and so it would probably be difficult to separate the components by distillation.
