Pharmaceutical Impurity Profiling Analysis for High Concentration Samples by Novel i-DReC Data Analysis Technique

The Intelligent Dynamic Range Extension Calculator (i-DReC) is a new data analysis function for photodiode array (PDA) detector developed by Shimadzu. It enables extension of the linear dynamic range by employing a second wavelength extracted chromatogram when detector saturation occurs and causes the calibration curve to become non-linear at the higher concentration range.
This Application News shows the possibility to use i-DReC method for impurity profiling analysis of oseltamivir phosphate using high concentration sample solutions up to 6 mg/mL.
