Phospholipid profiling approach was applied to evaluation of milk beverages. Shimadzu’s method package for phospholipid profiling provides the determination of 867 phospholipid compounds with C14 to C22 fatty acids by ready-to-use MRM method with liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer LCMS-8060/60. Profiling and evaluation of milk was performed by this method package with LCMS-8060 combined with PCA (principal component analysis). As the results of the PCA, difference among material of each milk were clearly indicated with clustering of determination for fatty acid in a consolidated bean and milk data. This data demonstrates the good applicability of this method package with LCMS for food and nutritional science.
