Analysis of Fat-soluble Vitamins Using the Nexera UC Supercritical Fluid Chromatograph

Vitamins are essential micronutrients to maintain the normal functioning of organisms. Because fat-soluble vitamins are characterized by a strong tendency to remain in the body, overdoses are accumulated in the liver and elsewhere in the body, leading to symptoms such as nausea and headaches. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the fat-soluble vitamins in foods and supplements.
