Evaluation of Undifferentiated State of Human iPS Cells Using C2MAP™ Cell Culture Media Analysis Platform
The cell culture supernatant of human iPS cells was analyzed using the C2MAP cell culture media analysis platform, and biomarkers indicating the undifferentiated or differentiated state were identified.
This study demonstrated the possibility of non-invasive evaluation of the status of cells without cell disruption by monitoring the biomarkers identified here.
