Simultaneous Analysis of Chlorate, Bromate, Perchlorate and Chlorite in Tap Water Using a Triple Quadrupole LC/MS/MS

Although only simultaneous analysis by ion chromatography in Appended Table 13 was shown for chlorate, this year (FY 2020), chlorate was included in addition to bromate, which is an object item of liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry in Appended Table 18-2 in "Method Determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare on the Basis of the Ordinance Provisions Relating to Water Quality Standards". Four components including perchlorate and chlorite can be analyzed simultaneously with high accuracy.
