Evaluation of Differentiated/Undifferentiated State of iPS Cells Using DPiMS™-2020 and eMSTAT Solution™

The differentiated/undifferentiated state of cultured cells is a critical evaluation item in research and development and quality control in the field of regenerative medicine, a technique that enables quick evaluation with simple pretreatment has been demanded.
In this article, quick and simple measurement of the culture medium of iPS cells was conducted by using a DPiMS-2020 mass spectrometer, and the differentiated/undifferentiated state of the cells was evaluated by the mass-to-charge ratio (m/z) based on the measured data by using eMSTAT Solution statistical analysis software.
