Quality Control Analysis of Synthetic Peptides Using the MALDI-8020 Benchtop Linear MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometer and QC Reporter Software
Among the analytical methods used to confirm the quality of synthesized biological products, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers are widely used because of their quick and easy operation, low running cost, confirmation of molecular weight and structure of compounds, sensitivity and ability to obtain information about impurities/adducts and modifications. A desktop MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer MALDI-8020 and QC Reporter software provide high throughput, automated workflows for QC analysis of synthetic products.
