TN and NOx Measurement for a Denitration System

Denitration systems, which are used to treat flue gas, use ammonia or urea to decompose nitrogen oxides (NOx) into nitrogen and water. By employing on-line monitoring of aqueous urea solution concentrations by means of a TOC+TN system and of NOx concentrations in flue gas at the exit of the denitration system by means of a gas analyzer, the operation efficiency of a denitration system can be optimized.
