Shimadzu India Private Limited (SIP), which oversees Shimadzu Group’s analytical and measuring instruments, and medical systems businesses in India, exhibited at “analytica Lab India 2025,” held in Hyderabad, India from September 18 to 20, 2025.
About “analytica Lab India”
“analytica Lab India” is the Indian equivalent of the renowned German international exhibition “analytica.” At analytica Lab India 2025, more than 300 companies exhibited, attracting 32,000 visitors from 25 countries worldwide. The exhibition is highly regarded as a venue for researchers from pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and food-related companies in South and East India to gather information on the latest analytical instruments and solutions.
Booth and Exhibition Highlights
Immersive Experience Zone
The “Immersive Experience Zone,” which showcased cutting-edge analytical instruments and sustainable technologies, was the main attraction for visitors. Here, the latest models of instruments, such as the Nexera series liquid chromatograph, a gas chromatograph, a UV-VIS spectrophotometer, and a mass spectrometer, were exhibited. Visitors particularly enjoyed the hands-on corner where they could experience the precision and efficiency of our analytical instruments firsthand, allowing them to appreciate the benefits of streamlined workflows.
Green Technology Zone
The “Green Technology Zone,” symbolizing Shimadzu Group’s commitment to sustainability, introduced environmentally conscious solutions. A highlight for visitors was the Nexera UC Prep system, which uses supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) for sample preparation. This technology significantly reduces solvent usage, lowering environmental impact, and supports sustainable laboratory operations.
Special Exhibit: 150th Anniversary Concept Models
At the exhibition, the 150th anniversary concept models attracted considerable attention. This area showcased Shimadzu Corporation’s 150 years of scientific achievements and dedication to combining tradition and innovation.

Over the three-day exhibition, active interactions with visitors took place. Discussions included exchanging opinions on solutions tailored to lab optimization, and how Shimadzu’s technology can transform on-site workflows.
