Shimadzu's latest Surgical Mobile C-arm Imaging System the new OPESCOPE ACTIVO now offers even greater flexibility of use.ACTIVO meets all the demands of today's operating and emergency rooms.

1. Greater Convenience; Easy-to-use, Quick C-arm Positioning

The fully Balanced C-arm provides Quick & Smooth C-arm positioning Individual electromagnetic lock for each C-arm movement ensures accurate positioning by quick push-button operation, which releases operator from conventional mechanical lock system.

2. Focusing on the Procedure; Simple Operation

OPESCOPE ACTIVO employs anatomical programs (APR) that not only set the imaging conditions, but also handle such tedious tasks as adjusting the image orientation as well as other parameters. Image memory (8 frames RAM built-in) and other functions offer powerful operator support by quickly displaying clear sharp images.Temporal Key (Memory Switch) is one of the valuable features to reproduce the camera rotation angle, collimator position, etc. whenever two (2) different C-arm positions are repeatedly 'go & back' used during procedure.

3. Easy on Operator and Patient; Safe Design

Great care was taken to reduce patient dose, while ensuring image quality.A variety of dose reducing functions are employed that allows the system to be used with confidence throughout long surgical procedures. Especially 15 fps pulsed fluoroscopy (EIA) is valuable for long fluoroscopy procedure with half dose and double duration capability.
