Protein Analysis Using FTIR - Secondary Structure Analysis of Bovine Serum Albumin Using Curve Fitting -

We analyzed the secondary structure of proteins in an aqueous solution by analyzing bovine serum albumin (BSA) and employing curve fitting for the amide I band. Analysis can be done easily with a small amount of sample by using FTIR.
