Simultaneous Analysis of Amino Acids Using Automatic Pretreatment Function of Prominence™-i Integrated LC System

The pretreatment function (co-injection) of Prominence-i was used for the simultaneous analysis of a total of 24 amino acids: 20 proteinogenic amino acids and 4 functional amino acids (GABA, taurine, theanine, and citrulline) that are recently attracting attention. Since the sample is reacted with reagents within the needle and sample loop, analysis is made easier compared to the previous Nexera X2 which uses a vial for reaction. In addition, the mobile phase and column are revised to enhance system durability.
