Quantitative Analysis of Favipiravir Spiked in Plasma Using by HPLC

We constructed the quantitative analysis method of Favipiravir in plasma using HPLC. This system provided the high sensitivity quantitative analysis with the fluorescence detector. The accuracy and precision evaluation, the following results were obtained over the entire concentration range, precisions of Favipiravir were %RSD 0.21% - 0.31% and accuracies ranged 92.1% - 100%, within 100±8.0%. As a result of the validation test, precisions of Favipiravir were %RSD 0.18% - 0.35% and accuracies ranged 96.5% - 100%, 100±4.0%.
