Determination of 68 Veterinary Drugs in Marine Products by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography/Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

To screen the residual pesticides, a simultaneous quantitative and qualitative method was developed by using MRM events. 68 veterinary drugs were investigated. For 12 categories of the veterinary drugs, the calibration curves were established for quantitative measurement. Malachite green and crystal violet in fish samples were determined. The results showed that the limit of quantification of 0.1 μg/kg, which is better than the FDA requirement of 0.5 μg/kg. The method is very useful for simultaneous quantitative and qualitative determination of residual veterinary drugs in marine products.
