Determination of 200 Residual Pesticides in Food by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography/Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

To screen the 200 residual pesticides, a simultaneous quantitative and qualitative method was developed by using MRM as the survey event to trigger the product ion scan function. The calibration curves were established for quantitative measurement and MS/MS spectra library were built for qualitative identification. 9 pesticides in apple samples were detected by this method. The concentration of them ranged from 0.19 to 11.9 μg/kg. Matching scores of 9 pesticides by searching in the MS/MS library ranged between 69 and 100. The results showed that this method is very useful for simultaneous quantitative and qualitative determination of residual pesticides in food.
