Exosomes and microvesicles are actively being researched at the forefront of medical science and healthcare fields. However, there are many aspects of their three dimensional shape and physical properties of their membranes that are still not well understood.
In this example, an SPM-9700 microscope was used to observe two types of exosomes in solution (saline solution) and characterize their membranes.
