Observation Examples of Polymers

The surface of polymer film was observed (with a magnification factor of approx. 40,000). In the 3D topographic image on the left, small bumps on the surface can be observed. At the same time, it is also possible to obtain images showing the differences in viscoelasticity across the specimen surface, as shown in the phase image on the right.
