Observation of Nanoparticles Suspended in the Air

This is a topographic image of nanoparticles suspended in the air sampled with an SSPM-100 sampler for suspended particulate matter. It can be clearly seen how primary particles of approx. 60 nm in diameter have clustered together to form 200-nm-class secondary particles.
