Q. I can't log in

A. If you can't log into MYPAGE, it may be due to the following reasons

If the information you entered is incorrect

Please check whether you entered your email address (or user number) and password correctly. If you accidentally added an extra space you will not be able to log in.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgotten Password?" at the bottom of the MYPAGE login screen.

If user registration hasn't been completed

If you didn’t confirm your email address when you registered an account, the registration process may not have been completed properly. In this case, please reregister for MYPAGE.

If you still can't log in with the above steps

Please make an inquiry in the category "Other Inquiry"
