Up till now, an appropriate concentration of a measurement target was generally regarded to be around 100 ppm. However, there are analyzers or options appearing these days capable of measuring 0.1 ppm low-concentration samples or high-concentration samples exceeding 10 % though their purposes and measurement targets are limited.
