The opening ceremony for Shimadzu Tokyo Innovation Plaza (TIP) was held on January 16, 2023.
Guests in attendance that day included Mayor Norihiko Fukuda of Kawasaki City and Chairman Ryuta Nomura of the Central Institute for Experimental Animals.
Shimadzu Tokyo Innovation Plaza is a new center for developing applied technologies (applications) for analytical and measuring instruments in various fields, such as the life sciences and the environment, while interacting with customers.
In addition to offering technological support to our customers, we are fostering a new research network centered around Shimadzu TIP to promote open innovation.
