We are offering workshops on metabolomics and other topics using pretreatment equipment and mass spectrometers in the Analytical Innovation Research Laboratory.
Participants in the workshops gain hands-on experience in the procedures for various research by pretreating and measuring samples and then analyzing the data measured by mass spectrometers.
Note: A workshop participation fee will be charged. The workshop schedule may be subject to change.

Participants in the workshop will pretreat food samples for analysis, perform measurements using the GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, and then analyze the measured data (including multivariate analyses). Through this workshop, participants will gain hands-on experience in the procedures for analyzing metabolomics, and learn differences in using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS.
This workshop is intended for people who are starting food metabolomics analysis using GC-MS(/MS) and LC-MS/MS. People who do not have access to the instruments can also participate in this workshop.
