The SonialVision is a top‐of‐the‐line fluoroscopy system designed for the complete spectrum of patient profiles to include bariatrics. This is in response to studies that suggest obesity in the U.S. has doubled the instances of inconclusive imaging exams over the past 15 years. With almost 30 percent of the U.S. adults now categorized as obese, the SonialVision Versa 100R has no problem in imaging bariatric patients. The SonialVision Versa 100R can manage weight up to 700lbs in the static position and up to 500lbs with moving capabilities. With its full tilt function and 2 way tabletop movements, it allows bariatric patients easy system access. Once a patient is lying on the table, the region under examination can be centered without the need for the patient to move, thus providing a greater level of comfort. More comfort for the patient means more convenience for the staff. Bariatric or immobile patients are easier to position and work becomes more ergonomic. The system has the capability to be positioned vertically thus allowing some examinations to be performed in a chair or wheelchair. With the remote console, you can control the complete system from any position in the examination room, or from behind the control booth.

The open design of the SonialVision facilitates easy and comfortable access to the patient. Even from the rear of the table, access to the patient is provided. Patients can be transferred easily from the stretcher and positioned comfortably. Having a variable SID of 44 to 60 inches between the table top and the tube makes positioning of the patient a lot easier. The system has the capability to be positioned vertically thus allowing some examinations to be performed in a chair, wheelchair, or even a stretcher. The tabletop can be set at the appropriate operator’s working height or to reduce the load on care staff when moving the patient. When the I.I. retracting function is used, the table can be lowered to just 25" (63 cm) .^*1
