To optimize the fermentation process of yogurt, multiple compound groups such as organic acids, sugars, and amino acids are measured and analyzed. In the case of analysis using HPLC, the properties of each compound are different, which leads to the use of different separation modes. Therefore, each of these compounds must be analyzed individually.
We will introduce the simultaneous analysis of organic acids and sugars in yogurt during the fermentation process by using the “Dual-Injection” function.
