The QuantaSep® Trusty 100 is a fully integrated chromatography system designed for method development, validation, scale-up and scale-down studies and process troubleshooting at the bench scale. Its intuitive software enables automated equilibration, sample loading, washing, elution and regeneration of up to three columns. Process steps can be controlled using UV, pH, conductivity, temperature, time, air sensors or user-defined variables. All process data are automatically recorded for analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Users can easily define process steps, including buffer selection, gradient profiles, and fraction collection criteria based on UV absorbance, conductivity, pH, air detection, time, or other process parameters. Event controls allow users to automate functions such as baseline zeroing, process pauses, and sequence transitions, enabling efficient and reproducible method execution.

The QuantaSep systems are equipped with integrated safety and data-management features designed to support reliable operation and regulatory compliance. All events, whether manual or automatic, including deviations, are recorded in the batch log. Reports containing the method, buffers used, all alarms and events, chromatogram data, and analysis results can be printed or archived as part of the batch record. Instant Data Analysis enables rapid comparison of an ongoing process against baseline data, helping to identify deviations early and prevent potential losses.
