Application to Authentic Samples Using Automatic On-column Derivatization System

  • An authentic urine sample was pretreated using the liquid-liquid extraction shown in Fig. 1. TFA derivatives of methamphetamine and amphetamine were detected in the urine samples. These results demonstrate the ability of qualitative and quantitative analysis using 2-step injection with high selectivity in authentic samples.
