Easy to Use and Ideal for Routine Analysis

Isocratic System

Features

Analysis of PTH-amino acids by HPLC in isocratic mode

Offers excellent operability with low background noise and highly reproducible retention times.

Environmentally friendly design that reduces waste liquid.

  • Recirculating the mobile phase reduces consumption to 1/15 of that required by gradient systems. This recirculation also maintains the system in an idling state, enabling analysis to be efficiently started.

  • Recirculated Mobile Phases Used

Analysis Stability

  • Isocratic separation of PTH-amino acids ensures a stable baseline, enabling highly sensitive analysis.

  • PTH-AA 25 pmol

Analysis of Myoglobin Equine (50 pmol)

Sequence analysis in isocratic mode provides stable retention times. Subtracted chromatogram cancels peaks detected in previous cycles, enabling easy determination of amino acid sequences. In equine myoglobin analysis, subtracted chromatograms allow for the easy identification of specifically increased PTH-amino acids in each cycle.

Analysis of IgG (Human) Amino Acid Sequence

These chromatograms show the analysis results of the light chain from a monoclonal IgG antibody separated by SDS-PAGE. The N-terminal sequence of the light chain was determined up to 27 residues, with a database search identifying it as an IgG kappa light chain. Using a protein sequencer in this manner enables easy, accurate determination of N-terminal sequences. The system is especially useful for quality control of biopharmaceuticals or peptide drugs that contain proteins or antibodies as active ingredients.
