PPSQ-51A/53A - Features
Protein Sequencer
Easy and Reliable Analytical System
Optimized Analytical Conditions
With reaction programs for Edman degradation and analytical conditions for HPLC pre-optimized, there is no need to optimize the conditions. The system’s pump delivers consistent solvent delivery, which results in chromatograms with high baseline reproducibility. In addition, the system’s high reproducibility enables subtracted chromatogram processing. This function displays the difference from the chromatogram obtained in the previous analysis, allowing uniquely increased PTH-amino acids to be easily identified.
Simple and Easy-to-Use Data Analysis Software
-
System Control Software
By simply specifying the analytical conditions and number of cycles, everything from Edman degradation to chromatogram acquisition can be performed automatically.
Flow
- Set analytical conditions and the number of cycles.
- Click the start button to start fully automatic analysis
-
-
Data Analysis Software
This software can be used to check the chromatograms from each cycle and the automatic amino acid sequence prediction results. It makes it easy to perform amino acid sequencing processes, such as creating difference chromatograms and overlaying different chromatograms.
Key Points
- Automatically predicted amino acid sequences can be displayed.
- Chromatograms from respective cycles can be overlaid.
-
-
Support for Data Integrity Compliance
In combination with LabSolutions DB/CS software, the software enables management of analytical data in a database and, includes functionality for compliance with various regulatory requirements, and offers assistance with efficiently complying with data integrity requirements.
Key Points
- Automatically predicted amino acid sequences can be displayed.
- Chromatograms from respective cycles can be overlaid.

Optimized Analytical Conditions
The membrane holder kit (P/N 292-31877) allows for quick and easy sample preparation, including concentration and desalting, directly on a PVDF membrane. The treated PVDF membrane can then be directly analyzed in the protein sequencer.
