The AGS-V is equipped with a specimen protection function on the handheld operation controller. During specimen mounting, the applied test force can be automatically released with a single touch. This allows anyone to easily obtain accurate data.

Intelligent Crosshead: AGS-V Series
The AGS-V is equipped with an intelligent crosshead function that combines convenience and safety. By simply entering values such as the distance between grips, the crosshead automatically moves to the precise position. It also stops automatically when the lower limit of the jig-to-jig distance is reached, preventing collisions and ensuring operator safety.

Multi-table: AGS-V Series
The AGS-V is equipped with a multi-table to enhance testing efficiency. The multi-table allows tools and specimens to be kept within easy reach. Its raised edges help prevent round objects from rolling off.

Protection Cover: AGS-V Series
The AGS-V can be equipped with an anti-scattering cover to enhance safety. It features a user-friendly vertical sliding mechanism for easy operation. An interlock system is included; if a test is initiated while the anti-scattering cover is open, an alert will be displayed to protect the operator.

AUTOGRAGH AGS-V Series has been released
Shimadzu Corporation released the Autograph AGS-V Series precision universal testing machine. In this series, the range over which the force measurement accuracy is guaranteed has been increased by a factor of two compared with existing machines. As a result of this new function, the work required to change force measurement sensors and accessories required for measurement can be reduced.
