*1 : It features an auto-off function to reduce wear on the discharge needle (automatically stops 15 minutes after ion irradiation).
*2:To achieve the specified performance, allow the ionizer to acclimate in the operating environment for at least 24 hours to ensure moisture dissipates from the ionizer body.
*3:Pressure reduction in the glove box pass box is permissible down to -0.1 MPa.
*4:Do not place any conductive materials around the ionizer or in the space between the ionizer and the object for static elimination. The ions may be attracted, causing a deterioration in static elimination performance. 
*5:When integrating a nitrogen gas environment model into AP-AD/AP series balances, it is recommended to extend the static elimination time setting from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
*6: This shipping inspection criterion is measured with a 20 pF 150 × 150 mm CPM (charged plate monitor) plate placed at a 100 mm distance from the center of the outlet.
*7: When using the ionizer in an environment with airflow, such as a purge-type glove box, make sure to direct the ionizer outlet along the direction of the airflow.
*8: Time for 1 kV of static charge to decrease to 100 V or less (at 100 mm distance)
*9: STABLO-AP Ar and N₂ does not generate ozone, because oxygen does not exist in an Argon gas and Nitrogen gas environment.
*10: Please be aware that ozone concentration increases near the irradiation outlet (within 50 mm) and in enclosed spaces.
*11: When using it installed on AP-AD/AP series balance, the ozone concentration will be even higher inside the draft shield due to the enclosed space. Please leave the ion irradiation time at the default setting of 10 seconds, and do not perform continuous ion irradiation for more than 10 seconds.
