Standard Gratings
Concave Gratings for Flat-field Polychromators
Laminar-type replica diffraction gratings are ideal for designing spectrometers with array-type detectors in the range from vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) to the soft X-ray region.
Ten types of diffraction gratings are available for the wavelength range of 0.6 to 200 nm.
Gratings with higher groove density than conventional products enable higher optical resolution in spectrometers.
Two types of diffraction gratings are available for the wavelength ranges of 118 to 360 nm and 190 to 400 nm.
Special Order
Original gratings have grooves which are directly etched into blanks made of, for example, synthetic silica. The substrate material and coating material can be selected, and the optimum diffraction grating for your application can be produced.
