Performance Assessment of Nexis™ SCD-2030 Using Sulfur Compounds Recommended by ASTM D5623

ASTMD 5623 suggests the use of a gas chromatograph sulfur chemiluminescenece detector (GC-SCD) for the analysis of sulfur compounds in fuels such as gasoline with boiling points below approximately 230 °C. The Nexis SCD-2030 minimizes the effect of hydrocarbon quenching and provides high selectivity and linearity for sulfur compounds in complex hydrocarbon matrices.
In this application news, we introduce the analysis result of sulfur compound component of ASTM D 5623 using Nexis SCD-2030, and PR the excellent basic performance of SCD-2030.
